Rihanna lit up the red carpet at the Recording Industry Association of America Inaugural Ball in a stunning yellow Jasmine De Milo dress before taking the stage to perform at a trendy Ibiza nightclub in Washington, D.C. on January 20, 2009. Rihanna joined collaborator T.I. and fellow celebs Kanye West, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Shakira, Cher, David Arquette, Courteney Cox and Josh Groban in celebrating the Inauguration of President Barack Obama. The RIAA ball benefits the nonprofit organization Feeding America.
