Pop star Jennifer Lopez was recently in Japan to promote a line of handbags by fashion line Samantha Thvasa and wowed the public in an outfit straight out of the 1980s. Dressed in an oversized top, black leggings, and super high platform heels, Lopez had her hair long and loose, with a shaggy fringe, colored a light caramel brown. The effect was youthful and casual, in contrast to the formal looks she has been photographed in this year at red carpet events.

Lopez has said that she would like more children, after she has a chance to do another album or another movie. One movie that the Latina star is considering is Back-Up Plan. In the flick, Lopez stars as a woman who, frustrated at not having met the right man, becomes pregnant with the aid of a sperm bank. Her plan is foiled when she meets Mr. Right on the same day she discovers she is pregnant.

Fans of the television show Moonlight will be happy to learn that Australian actor Alex O’Loughlin is close to booking the role opposite Lopez in Back-Up Plan. Moonlight is a vampire hit on the CBS network that has acquired a loyal cult following. He will also appear opposite Kate Beckinsale in the movie Whiteout, and will also appear in a CBS pilot called Three Rivers.
