Looking to work out your legs by just walking? Or just doing your normal daily activities? Well now you can add a new addition to your ‘walking’ routine!

Reebok has designed the new Easy Tone sport shoe for women. These shoes are specifically designed to ‘tone’ your legs. Targeting the hamstrings, gluteus maximus and calves.

So how does this amazing shoe work you ask? Well Easy Tone uses balance pods built into the shoes that create a ‘natural instability’. Much like walking on a sandy beach. So for your ladies who love to walk, and want to encourage a ‘natural’ work out for your legs. Then these shoes are a great accessory to your already full shoe closet!

I am truely into my second month of wearing this fabulous sports shoe. And just tonight I put on my best friends and went walking! Taking those steep hills is fantatsic in these shoes! As I really feel the incredible workout in my buttocks, calves, and thighs. Then I took a step further and went up a huge flight of stairs. Over 100 in fact! And by ‘double stepping’, I got that extra added tension to my legs and buttocks that I needed. For sure I have found that by wearing these shoes, one is really taking the gym with you! So have I forever fell in love with this great invention by Reebok? Absolutely! Have I achieved my Tina Turner calves? Oh yeh…

Just remember that these shoes are designed only as a walking shoe. So I would not recommended running in these shoes or using them at the gym.
