July 7th, 2009. Hayden Panettiere was seen at the New York premiere of I Love You Beth Cooper. Panettiere looked amazing in her Andy & Deb dress. She accessorized her look with a Nancy Gonzalez clutch and Slane & Slane small bee omega earrings and ring.
