Shirtdresses

This fall’s shirtdress is a slightly Diane von Furstenberg-inspired wrap style, like this Sousse Shirtdress by Ever. It has a notched collar and hidden snap closure. There is pleating at the front, back, and cuffs. The cuffs of the 3/4 length sleeves have a three button closure. Made of 100% silk crepe, this dress is $308.00

Boyfriend blazers

The dependable boyfriend blazer, like this open front one from Necessary Objects, is done in a chrome gray lightweight polyester blend gabardine. The long sleeves can be worn rolled, and the generous “boyfriend” fit with  center vent on the back and striped sateen lining keeps the look from getting boring. It’s on sale for $68.00

Open toe booties

With a more traditional look up top, perhaps it’s time to add something new in the way of footwear. Appearing as a hybrid between a sandal and a boot, these Velvet Angels Women’s Zinc Open Toe Booties are new, playful, and flirty, with zip closures. With a platform and high heel, this is something that will make other fashion forward types envious. Made with a leather upper and sole, the heel measures approximately 5 inches on a 1.5 inch platform. $324.95

I like the design of the shirtdress too. The ideas had been extended to non-shirt material. The Calvin Klein Collection Siamar Dress in http://www.trendyclothingfashion.com is one of the good example.
