I love Ciara, but I would have to Kim looks HOTT!! in this outfit. I think the shoes made the overall outfit pop, more so than Ciara, she played it safe with the traditional heels. Just my 2 cents
Kim – the booties look way better than the pumps and the top portion does not look so severely structured on Kim..
Kim! Ciara looks awesome but Kim just makes it more high fashion.
I love Ciara and her sense of fashion but¸ Kim Kardashian definetly wore it better only because she known for her killer shoes¸ Ciara’s pointy pumps are nice but the stilletos killed the game.
In this dress Kim is looking PRETTY and Ciara is looking HOT. This differentiations came from the way they both are standing.
