I am wondering what you think about wearing these bib necklaces on bare skin. I think they look great on high neck, solid colored tops; but I’ve got a black tie event coming up and am planning to wear a long black strapless dress and need a necklace to wear. I was thinking of wearing my bib necklace, which looks just like the black and white Austrian crystal one above. Do you think I can wear this with a formal strapless black dress?
