In recent news from the fashion industry, timeless beauty Isabella Rossellini will be lending some of her art to Italian luxury design house Bulgari for a new handbag line. Rossellini worked for several months with Bulgari to design “Rossellini,” a line of sleek, modern handbags featuring a twist lock adorned with semi-precious gems.

The fabulous fashion accessories will be offered in materials like patent leather, calfskin, and pony hair and the linings will feature Rossellini’s signature and sketches of snails made by her. All of the handbags will be handmade in the fashion designers’ workshop in Florence, Italy and will be available in August.

Rossellini, known for her classy celebrity fashion style, is a longtime fan of Bulgari, having shopped for Bulgari jewels with her mother (Ingrid Bergman) in Rome as a child.
