Emma Watson, the 20-year-old star of the Harry Potter movies, will be taking a break as the front for advertisements by British fashion designers Burberry. Burberry, however, have not ruled out using Emma in future ad campaigns, insisting she is part of their plans for the future.

Watson has been making other changes in her life recently, including a lovely new short haircut that gives her a big-eyed, gamine look reminiscent of fashion stars of the past such as model Twiggy and Mia Farrow.
The shorn look appears to be a celebrity fashion trend among fearless young actresses like Watson, Carrie Mulligan and Mia Wachowski, and to many it marks a welcome change from the overdone pop star hair extensions that have ruled for so long in Hollywood.
