With advice from fashion designers John Bartlett and Todd Oldham, rocker Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders designing a vegan only, planet friendly line of clothing for musicians and those with rocker tastes.

Hynde, along with Emmylou Harris, Stella McCartney, and Emma Watson, are bringing the fashion industry new options in clothing including jackets, skinny jeans, boots, and handbags. Fairground Rock is Hynde’s collaboration with ex-boyfriend, musician J.P. Jones, who grew up as the child of the owner of a carnival arcade.

McCartney, who is friends with Hynde, has said, “Everybody will be able to find everything they love in a non-leather version. Fashion should be fun.” No animal skins are used in the Fairground Rock fashion collection.
