In the latest celebrity news and gossip, pop star Britney Spears is said to be getting in shape with plenty of hard work and the help of a personal trainer. Trainer Marc Corliss told HollywoodLife.com, “There are no shortcuts to anything. Britney goes after what she wants. She’s a hard worker.”
Corliss says that anyone who wants a toned body should combine strength training and cardiovascular exercise and train for 45 minutes, five days a week.
Spears, who as a pop princess sparked numerous celebrity fashion trends, is set to star on the hit television show “Glee,” and recently took a vacation in Hawaii with boyfriend and former manager Jason Trawick. There are rumors circulating that she and Trawick will marry before the end of the year.
