Her star turn in AMC’s Mad Men has brought new attention to the fashion style of the 1960s, and now January Jones has signed a deal with Versace. The fashion industry legend’s spring campaign for 2011 will feature images of Jones that have already been shot by the famous Mario Testiono.

Jones, who plays Betty (Draper) Francis on the huge television hit, has said that she loves how the show celebrates a very feminine ideal of beauty. “You think of a lady when you see that,” she said, referring to the series’ curvy 60s silhouettes. “It’s kind of refreshing. You don’t have to give up your femininity to be a powerful woman.”
