Jessica Simpson usually manages to pull together a cohesive look even though she favors lots of fashion accessories and jewelry, and it’s hard to keep it all together sometimes. Alas, an outfit she was recently photographed in looks to be a bit of a train wreck: messy layers, studded boots, headband straight from 1970, and the leopard bag she frequently carries.
