The latest celebrity gossip about Christina Aguilera comes from the star herself, who says that she is ready to turn her life back around after the setbacks of the past year. She told UsMagazine.com, “I’ve gone through a really hard divorce, and anyone who has gone through a divorce will speak about how hard the journey is from start to finish.”

Christina says that she will use the recent upsets in her life to help her mentor contestants on NBC’s “The Voice” where she will coach the singers on the show. Music producer Linda Perry, who produced Christina’s 2003 hit “Beautiful” says that Christina has long been on the receiving end of a bad rap, but that she had to learn early on to have a thick skin. Said Perry, “It’s not all about selling a bazillion records to her. She just wants to be able to stand behind it.”
