With Donna Karan laying her emphasis on taxicab yellow in her spring 2013 DKNY show, you’re surely going to see more and more celebrities following the trend. Even though she has worked a lot with clean, black silhouettes, it seems as if she’s ready to take a different route. Her collection included an impressive range of slouchy jeans and white cotton shirts, but white was used to provide a base to the interesting taxicab yellow (almost-neon lemon yellow) – the yellow made its appearance in the form of neoprene jersey dresses and black skinny jeans.  Overall, the whole show was quite colorful, especially highlighted with the combination of black-and-yellow color scheme.
