5 Must-Have Scarves for Fall

0 Comments 10 November 2010

Scarves work wonders for finishing off an outfit perfectly, and different scarves can completely change the look of the same outfit. Here are some great choices for this winter, from casual to dressy.

Marc Jacobs’ Quinn Sweater Scarf is a wool scarf in a chunky knit with open-stitch stripes and ribbed ends. It’s a generous 20 inches wide and 6.5 feet long. It looks just as perfect over a classic navy pea coat as it does over a well-worn denim jacket.

The Paula Bianco Infinity Scarf is easy to style because it is one large circle. It drapes and wraps beautifully because it’s made of a gauzy, loose knit. The rich olive green is perfect with brights, like a bright red coat. As seen on Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.

If the Quinn Sweater Scarf is the casual side of Marc Jacobs, this silk and fur Cheeky Scarf represents the dressy side. With a fur wraparound collar, with 100% silk red / multi scarves attached to both ends, it can take a plain wool coat and turn it into something special and memorable.

Casual weekends were made for the Joyrich Tagged Scarf in Off White. Covered with Joyrich Los Angeles Graffiti designs, it also features contrasting ends.

The Stockholm Hooded Scarf in Moss by Coal is a chunky, cable-knit scarf with hood and large wooden button at the end of the scarf. It’s the perfect way to frame your face and stay warm on those blustery days.
