Pamela Pekerman from BagTrends.com is giving away a Damidot Shoulder Bag this month!
Appearing on the pages of Lucky, Elle and Us Weekly, to name a few, Due Farina shoes and boots have an appealing retro vibe that has caught on quickly. Launching a shoe brand in 2002, the design duo of Russian-born Marina Rosin Levin and Italian-born Fabiana Rigamonti quickly added handbag to the mix. After spotting the brand at Gen Art’s Fresh Faces fashion show in NYC (September 2005), I’ve been aching to see more. This fall, the collection reached new heights – dare I say, the final frontier.
The Fall/Winter 06/07 Space Tango Couture Collection is inspired by the romance and tradition of a tango dancer in a futuristic and high-tech, galactic environment. There are a lot of ultramodern materials included crystal-embossed PVC, metallic eel skins, and embossed calf-hair with a luminescent sheen. Silver leather and hardware also add to the cosmic vibe.
The Damidot shoulder bag is Pamela’s bag-a-licious pick this month because of its versatility and soft, washed calf skin leather. On first glace, Damidot appears like an average oversized shoulder bag. But, it is in fact a two, actually three-in-one bag. The front pouch detaches from the main body and can be word as its own mini Damidot. Remove the handle and you have a spacious clutch. The giant metal snaps are the only added adornment.
For the bagista who needs her arm candy to perform on overdrive, Damidot will definitely keep you organized and stylish from work to play.
As Pamela says, “Have a bag-a-licious day!”
