Get Comfy Like the Fabulous Mrs. Parker, Couture in the City Fashion Blog

Now Announcing, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Parker (source)

The flight from France to the US is no walk in the park…believe me, I took that cross Atlantic flight AND I was almost 8 months pregnant. Therefore, I can totally forgive the new Mrs. Tony Parker (nee, Eva Longoria to you) for landing after tying the knot in this comfy sweat suit. Even though you know the couple rode first class, I’m sure that it was a long and uncomfortable way home.

Anyhow, even though her wedding pics are still pretty much being held hostage, Eva made sure to give us a fashion eyeful before and after she said “I do.” Her wedding week was all about cute mini dresses and a rumoured $75,000 mermaid style wedding dress.

However, my favorite piece so far has to be her Mrs. Parker sweatsuit. She personalized an otherwise bland track suit with her new name embroidered on the jacket and on the hip of her pants. Yes, it’s so Britney circa 2005 (remember the Mrs. Federline tanks, etc?), but there is something so sweet about this that I have to love it!

Even if you don’t have a new last name on the horizon for yourself, personalized items are always a fun idea. Replicate Eva’s post-wedding lounge suit for yourself with this cute set from Good Girl.

I love Eva’s red tracksuit but don’t like the Good Girl Brand fleece set. I like writing on the hip of the pants but not on the back of them.

I love the whole Good Girl Chic theme…fun, fun, fun!!
