Marc Jacobs RTW Spring 2014

0 Comments 17 September 2013

The collection of Marc Jacobs, was a refreshing trip down the memory lane, of 1890′s. His design was a mere rebellion of the modern styles, that were mostly seen for the spring/summer collection. He defied the chic look and endorsed the style, that only confident ladies would wear, without thinking about whether they seem out of place or not. Fabric was manipulated through appliqué, embroidery and tessellation. The theme selected was of dark colors, more like giving a taste of winters. This style is more like a bold expression of comfort, where you just want to pull it off, without giving a damn about the entire world.
