Britney Spears’ ex husband and father to her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James has packed on the poundage over the summer and will appear in the latest cast of Celebrity Fit Club, VH1’s reality show about celebrities who want to lose weight. A former backup dancer, Federline drew a lot of attention in recent months for putting on a significant amount of weight. Some media sources have gone from calling him K-Fed to calling him K-Fat.
In late August, Federline was photographed in late August at a pool in Miami with volleyball player girlfriend Victoria Prince talking on his cell phone, drinking, smoking, and being fat. He had also drawn stares at the Ryan Sheckler X Games Celebrity Classic golf tournament wearing what appeared to be an extra large polo shirt.
His other ex, Shar Jackson, rushed to Federline’s defense, calling it “daddy weight” and explaining that when you’re a full time parent, you can’t always focus on eating right and exercising.
Jackson is also appearing on the next season of Celebrity Fit Club, along with Federline, Bobby Brown, and Nicole Eggert. The series will air starting in February 2010.

It seems Spears has been doing her best for the past month to show off a big diamond ring which she has been sporting constantly on her left ring finger, even keeping it on during a recent photo shoot. Britney Spears tour continues on the east coast in the U.S. and will travel to London next month, with eight shows scheduled. The famous Dorchester Hotel, located between Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner, recently reported on the various requests that Spears has made prior to her stay there. Here are a few:
She wants to stay in a room that has never been smoked in, with humidifiers throughout, an array of current magazines, unarranged flowers that she will arrange herself, “chick-lit” books, Marilyn Monroe movies on DVD, 100 watt light bulbs, and running routes for nearby Hyde Park. The star plans to bring her own pillows, and has asked for security to sleep outside her room.
The most recent odd incident in the show was in Connecticut Saturday, when a Florida man, 20-year-old Kyle King, got up on stage and started dancing. He was stopped before coming in contact with Britney Spears, and was arrested on charges of breach of peace and eventually released on $250 bail. He is scheduled to be in court in Connecticut June 18.
Concert attendees noted that the microphone did not pick up Spears’ cries for help, leading to speculation that her mic was turned off because the singer was actually lip syncing. King posted his version of events on his MySpace page recently.
And finally, a German website reports that Spears is buying an expensive oxygen chamber that she will use to protect her voice. She has expressed dismay over having to breathe smoky air, particularly in Vancouver last month, where she left the stage for half an hour while the smoke cleared. Spears believes that the oxygen chamber will heal smoke inhalation damage to her voice. Other stars who have the machines are Madonna and Mick Jagger.

A 26-year-old woman wearing camouflage and carrying a camera was arrested after looking through the windows in pop star Britney Spears’ home in Calabasas, California. Security guards stopped the woman, and then turned her over to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department. The incident took place Thursday morning. Spears was scheduled to perform the first of two shows in L.A. Thursday night as part of her Circus tour.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct and released on bond. Entertainment Weekly and People report that Tozier-Robbins was a contestant during the fifth season of American Idol, and that she auditioned with Spears’ song “Everytime.”
The arrest comes after a stressful week for Spears. After delaying a concert in Vancouver claiming there was smoke in the air, a number of fans asked for refunds on their tickets because they assumed that she had cancelled the rest of the concert. However, Spears came back on stage after half an hour and performed.
She also scolded ex-husband and father of her two children Kevin Federline after calling Federline’s phone and being answered by his current girlfriend, Victoria Prince. Spears made it clear that it was not cool for his girlfriend to be answering his phone.
Federline apparently agreed, reportedly telling Prince not to answer his phone and to never interfere with his contact with Spears.

Britney Spears performs her circus concert in Washington DC to a sold out crowd. Changes many differnet outfits. She even goes blindfolded, and hangs from an umbrella.
Britney Spears spent $2.7 million to get divorced from Kevin Federline and pay off other legal fees, according to The Los Angeles Times. The divorce alone cost $417,000. Spears and Federline were married for two years.
Spears is in the midst of a new tour to promote her latest album Circus.
On Monday, her father and conservator, Jamie Spears, filed court documents revealing that the legal fees were split among 17 lawyers over the past 14 months.
Ex-husband Kevin Federline is incorporating his side of the bitter divorce on his new album, a collaboration with rapper Krayzie Bone, from the hip-hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Krayzie says that fans will be surprised at how good Federline’s new album is, calling the tracks he has heard, “pretty decent.”
And meanwhile, Fox News is reporting that Spears is moving to New Jersey, but it turns out it isn’t a permanent thing. Fox quotes Life and Style magazine as saying that Spears will live in a rented home in Alpine while her Circus tour plays up and down the east coast. She’ll be there for a month at a cost of $30,000 in rent. However, Jive Records is footing the bill for it.

Britney Spears
Britney Spears’ former boyfriend, 36-year-old Adnan Ghalib, has been served with a restraining order that he must stay away from Spears for three years. Through her father/conservator Jamie Spears, the singer also extended temporary restraining orders against her ex-manager, Osama Lufti until April 1.
Ghalib allegedly tried to run over the process server who attempted to deliver the restraining order last month. He did not appear in court to challenge the order.
Spears’ father has accused Ghalib, Lufti, and former Spears lawyer Jon Eardley of trying to break Spears out of her court-ordered conservatorship run by Jamie Spears. Lufti has denied trying to contact Spears directly, but admitted to responding to text messages he says were sent to him through intermediaries.
Britney Spears did not appear in court for the proceedings. She is currently on tour promoting her new album Circus.

Britney Spears arriving in Tampa for concert tour
After a warm welcome in New Orleans, Britney Spears continued her tour in Florida Sunday night, entertaining 20,000 fans with the elaborate stage sets, causing some critics to say that the spectacle was all style and no substance. The show features an actual three-ring circus of dancers, smoke plumes and fireworks, and with so much going on, the website tampabay.com concluded that Spears “was just too busy to sing.”
Jim Abbot, of OrlandoSentinel.com, speculated that with all the aerobics and booty shaking going on, it would be extremely difficult for Spears, or anyone, to do the singing required without generous help from backing tracks – in other words, lip synching.
Within the first few minutes of the show, the audience was treated to ballerinas, mimes, martial artists, acrobats, and a video of Perez Hilton dressed as Queen Elizabeth. Then, Spears shows up and kills the video Hilton with a crossbow. And that’s only the beginning.
In the coming week, Britney heads to New York on Wednesday, to be followed by two weekend shows in New Jersey.
