Spotted over the weekend in Philadelphia, Pink once again rocked her Black Orchid Black Jewel Skinny jeans in Milkiway.  Similar to the last time she sported the jeans, the singer wore a white top and chic black hat, but this time, she switched out her vest for a leather jacket and traded her flats for polished peeptoe heels.  Sticking with only black and white, Pink looks perfectly put together with a rocker edge.
