British designers Marcus Wainwright and David Neville like to use men's tailoring in their women's collections, and this spring is no exception. The latest collection includes meticulous tailoring in blazers and coats, but also plenty of comfortable, slouchy pieces, and lots of layers.

Here's hoping that next winter is as bleak and cold as this winter is turning out to be. That's because the Rag & Bone collection that was sent down the runway last week was nothing if not practical. It all looked toasty, and a couple of plaid pieces almost - do I dare say it out loud?

Marcus Wainwright and David Neville have been described as "an English hip, young Ralph Lauren" by no less an authority than Vogue's Anna Wintour. Their Spring 2010 collection for their label, Rag & Bone, was shown last Friday to an audience full of appreciative fans.
