Get Into Shape and Look Good Doing It

Posted on 14 January 2010 by Angelique

Where is it written that workout clothes have to be frumpy and unflattering? It is easier than ever today to look good while you work on looking better.

fullsize6321-16-a

Do you still think of workout wear as gym shorts or worse: those gym uniforms you had to wear in junior high school? You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that today, flattering and beautiful designs, like this Racerback Tank by Our Love Yoga is today’s workout wear. In ribbed knit it is both slimming and flattering.

fullsize7925-56
Even in a heated gym this winter, you’ll probably want a light jacket to wear as you warm up, and this NJC Vintage Peace Dove Zip is perfect. In gray or pink with a pink dove symbol on the back, you’ll feel warm, snug, and peacful when you wear it.

fullsize2242-3
On days when you just have to have long sleeves on, you can still look great if you’re wearing something like this Yudu Long Sleeve Thermal Tee. It’s made from 100% organic thermal cotton with a crew neck and banded cuffs. Available in brown, pink, salt, or pistachio.

fullsize7910-391

If you want a pair of shorts that flatters, then try the Peace Bird Short, made of sweatshirt material. With a stretch waistband and screen print on thigh, you’ll look great and be perfectly comfortable.

fullsize5502-3

You didn’t think we’d leave out yoga pants, did you? These awesome Our Love Yoga Zen Ganesh Capri yoga pants are just like regular yoga pants, but shorter. These are form-fitting and have a roll down top and ganesh detailing on the lower leg. They’re super comfy, too, made with 87% cotton, 13% Spandex.

fullsize7898-3

And finally, what better thing to wear for a workout than Eternal Bliss. The Our Love Yoga Black Foil Chakra Tee has a vintage worn look that differs slightly on every tee. The front of the shirt has a Foil Chakra symbol. Made from a 50-50 cotton polyester burnout blend, you’ll find yourself wearing this again and again for its comfort and great looks.
